Without an integrated urban management, effective administration of cities is impossible. So the present paper is trying to study the feasibility of achieving an integrated urban management in Isfahan. For this purpose, components of integrated urban management are identified and measured using self-made questionnaire. Our statistical population includes urban management executive agencies, involving in similar and overlapping activities in the field of management such as: municipality, local government, Telecommunication Company, Water and Sewage Company, and Gas and Electricity Distribution Company. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The results show that the most important factor for achieving integration is to have one single urban management unit. The most effective ways to make this happen include: cohesion, Equifinality, coordination, systematic approach, interaction between executive agencies in charge of urban affairs and realization of good governance in the city of Isfahan. تعدد مدیریت و ناهماهنگی سازمان‌ها و نهادهای دولتی و خصوصی متولی امور شهری از مسائل اساسی در حوزه مدیریت شهری، است؛ امروزه اداره مطلوب شهرها، بدون مدیریت یکپارچه شهری امکان­پذیر نیست، هدف پژوهش، مطالعه و بررسی مؤلفه­های مدیریت یکپارچه در شهر اصفهان است؛ بدین منظور، مؤلفه­های مدیریت یکپارچه شهری شناسایی و تبیین شده است؛ در ادامه با بهره‌گیری از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته این مؤلفه­ها در ‌شهر اصفهان بررسی‌شده است، جامعه آماری تحقیق، مهم‌ترین دستگاه‌های اجرایی حوزه مدیریت شهری که فعالیت‌های مشابه و متداخل در حیطه مدیریت شهری انجام می‌دهند، ازجمله: شهرداری، استانداری، شرکت مخابرات، آب و فاضلاب، گاز و شرکت توزیع برق منطقه‌ای است. برای تحلیل داده­ها آزمون‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده‌شده است. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان می‌دهد مهم‌ترین عامل دستیابی به یکپارچگی، ایجاد مدیریت واحد شهری است. راهکارهای اصلی برای رسیدن به این امر شامل ایجاد انسجام، همپایانی، هماهنگی، دیدگاه سیستمی، تعامل در دستگاه‌های اجرایی متولی امور شهری و تحقق حکمرانی خوب در سطح شهر اصفهان است. https://ue.ui.ac.ir/article_22102_94fbc4845d92078eee4ed00a64e319c1.pdf
